Hunter Douglas window fashions are covered for defects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product – this includes all mechanisms, components, brackets and fabric delamination. Operational cords are covered for a full 7 years from date of purchase and motorization is covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.
If your Hunter Douglas window fashions are in need of a restring or repair, simply drop them off – your window treatment will be sent to a Hunter Douglas repair center.
